ABOUT KERRY
Kerry has benefited from a yoga practice for over twelve years. Since using yoga to aid recovery from pain caused by a back condition, she has felt a calling to share her love of yoga and its incredible benefits. Kerry is trained through an extensive Yoga Alliance (RYT200) training course, rooted in yogic philosophy. Her aim is to hold a welcoming, safe and all-inclusive space at the end of your busy day to support you to build strength, restore your nervous system, and come back to yourself through the ancient, nourishing practice of yoga.
