ABOUT KERRY
Kerry has benefited from a yoga practice for over twelve years. Since using yoga to aid recovery from pain caused by a back condition, she has felt a calling to share her love of yoga and its incredible benefits. Kerry is trained through an extensive Yoga Alliance (RYT200) training course, rooted in yogic philosophy. Her aim is to hold a welcoming, safe and all-inclusive space, to support you in building strength and restoring your nervous system, coming back to yourself through the ancient, nourishing practice of yoga.
